The tallest building of Taipei city, located in the central of Taipei City next to the Taipei Rapid Transit and Train Station, has a spectacular 360-degree open view of Taipei basin. The Shin Kong Observatory is sitting on the top of the Shin Kong life Tower. The express elevator only takes 30 seconds to reach the 46th floor. On the top of observatory, most of major spots are visible. The 30X binoculars are also available on both sides for the visitors. There are Taipei Culture Exhibitions displays on the East and West Wings; Coffee shop located on the South and North Wings; gift or souvenir shop is on the North Wing; the East Wing is the express elevator.
