The Old City of Fengshan Country
Built in 1825, the Old City of Fengshan was the first city with stone walls in Taiwan. Fengshan in the Ching Dynasty covered today's Kaohsiung and Pintung area with its administrative center set in Tsoying District. The north, east, and south gates and parts of city walls of the old city were preserved fairly well. Thus, it was listed as the 1st grade national historic monument.
